My last blog (A Well-travelled Bullet? - 8/8/2009) was on finding a classic Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle with many countries listed on it in Bristol. The Internet making the world smaller helped in tracking that the bike belonged to Jacqui Furneaux! I had the opportunity of meeting her @ Bristol Bike Show. Jacqui's story has been published by Riders Digest July issue. I bought a copy.
It has good photographs of her world trip.
   
   
   
  Visitors ask Jacqui about her ride across 20 countries , difficulties faced and remain amazed that its a Royal Enfield ! She is of the opinion that the Bullet is so tough and stable that even if it topples over theres not much damage, but any of the modern bikes you just got to change the whole piece. Jacqui's also writing more articles on her ride. Lets look forward to that and wish her good luck !
